Diane Berlemont-Dutel

Diane Berlemont-Dutel currently serves as Senior International Legal Counsel for the EMEA-LATAM division and Group IP Legal Counsel at Tarkett since June 2019, overseeing global intellectual property matters and collaborating with patent engineers and legal departments to establish IP strategies and internal policies. Prior to their role at Tarkett, Diane Berlemont-Dutel worked at BIC from March 2009 to June 2019, focusing on intellectual property contracts and designs, and held the position of Juriste in contracts and patents at REGIMBEAU from September 2008 to March 2009, specializing in trademark law and legal documentation. Diane Berlemont-Dutel holds a Master 2 (Professionnel) in Intellectual Property and New Technology Law and a Master 2 (Recherche) in the History of Law and Human Rights from Université Grenoble Alpes, as well as a Master 1 in International Law from the University of Aberdeen through the Erasmus program.
