Jacob Epperly

Jacob Epperly is an experienced actuarial consultant currently working at Milliman since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jacob served as an associate actuary at Humana from July 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included preparing and reviewing Medicare Supplement rate renewal filings and ensuring compliance with Mental Health Parity and Minimum Value standards for a fully-insured portfolio. Jacob also developed a product pricing model and led training sessions on model updates. Earlier experience includes serving as an actuarial analyst at Mercer, reconciling valuation data for defined benefit pension plans and post-retirement medical plans, and as a statistics intern at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics with a minor in Mathematics from Grand Valley State University.
