Jen Babinec, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Milliman since January 2021, Jen previously held roles at Froedtert Health as an HR Business Partner for Community Physician and Froedtert Hospital from October 2016 to October 2020. Additional experience includes positions such as Senior Employee Relations Manager at MillerCoors, Regional Human Resources Manager at ConAgra Foods, and Human Resources Manager at Del Monte Foods and Shopko. Jen’s career began as a Human Resources Assistant at Sta-Rite Industries. Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
