Jeremy Heiner

Jeremy Heiner, MS IT, currently serves as an M365 Administrator at Milliman, focusing on complex M365 issues and supporting custom applications in M365 and Azure since October 2023. Previously, Jeremy worked at General Motors from June 2015 to October 2023, where responsibilities included serving as an Office 365 Integration Engineer, migrating extensive SharePoint data to enhance operations, and holding the position of GM PLUS ERG Board Member to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Additionally, Jeremy contributed as a Productivity Engineer and SharePoint Server Engineer, managing SharePoint farms for over 60,000 users. Early career experiences include roles as a Senior Teacher Assistant at BYU-Idaho, Reporting Analyst at AgReserves, Inc., and Quality Assurance Engineer at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jeremy holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
