Leesa Drake, SPHR, serves as the Global Head of People & Culture at Milliman since November 2018, leading initiatives across the Chicago Life, Financial Risk Management, Life Technology Solutions, and Life & Annuity Predictive Analytics practices with a focus on talent management and colleague experience. Prior to Milliman, Leesa held various HR leadership roles, including Global HR Business Partner at ShopperTrak, where strategic support encompassed talent management and organizational design; HR Business Partner at Korn Ferry, focusing on acquisition integration; and Human Resources Manager at Argonne National Laboratory, providing comprehensive HR services. Leesa's career further includes positions at Marsh, Citibank, Motorola, and Alstin Consulting, honing expertise in performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Leesa holds an MBA with a concentration in HR/Organizational Development from KGSM and a B.A.Sc. in Psychology from Iowa State University.
