Victor Harte is an accomplished actuarial professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as Principal & Consulting Actuary at Milliman since 2002, Victor previously held positions as Vice President & Actuary at USI Consulting Group from 1995 to 2002 and as Vice President & Consulting Actuary at Improved Funding Techniques, Inc. from 1983 to 1995. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from The College of Insurance, where studies were completed between 1983 and 1987, and graduated from Mineola High School in 1983.
