Shashibala Saggam

Shashibala Saggam has a strong background in sales and business development within the RF industry. Shashibala began their career at QuinStar Technology, Inc. in 2010 as an RF Application Engineer and International Sales Manager, where they provided technical support, wrote product specifications, and assisted customers throughout the sales process. In 2014, they moved to Millimeter Wave Products Inc., where they held various roles including RF Sales and Marketing Manager and Vice President of Sales and Business Development. In these positions, Saggam was responsible for developing new customers and territories, managing sales teams, preparing proposals, and overseeing marketing plans. Shashibala also achieved notable accomplishments such as quadrupling business revenue and improving the on-time delivery rate. Saggam's work experience demonstrates their expertise in the RF industry and their ability to drive sales growth.

Shashibala Saggam completed a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, from 2007 to 2009. Prior to this, from 2002 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Progressive Education Society's Modern College of Engineering.
