Brenda R. Mangels

Ms. Mangels received a BS in Food Science from Cornell University, a MS in Accounting from Syracuse University and a MBA in Finance from Loyola College. In addition to overall management, Ms. Mangels administers all accounting and reporting requirements for MWS, LLC. Ms. Mangels started in public accounting with Ernst & Young in Richmond, VA and has been the Controller in publicly and privately held companies, including Telaxis Inc., Compass International Services Corp., SWM-Argotec and Berkshire Blanket. She has extensive experience in financial reporting, accounting process and controls, treasury and compliance.
