Stephanie Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and sales enablement. Currently serving as the Owner and CFO of New Light Financial Solutions LLC since December 2020, Stephanie previously held roles such as Sales Enablement Curriculum Manager at Cardlytics and Manager of Learning and Development at Asbury Automotive Group, where significant improvements in customer and employee satisfaction were achieved through innovative training programs. Experienced in leading teams at Cox Automotive Inc. and collaborating across departments, Stephanie has successfully transformed various onboarding and training initiatives to enhance learning outcomes. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Education in Learning, Design & Technology from The University of Georgia, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, Stephanie possesses a robust foundation in both educational theory and practical application.
