Jess Jurasz

Jess Jurasz, CMP, currently serves as the Director of Professional Development at MDRT since October 2017, where responsibilities include supervising the development and delivery of educational programs across various mediums and overseeing all phases of program development. Prior to this role, Jess held the position of Senior Director, Conference & Program Services at the Association for Corporate Growth from January 2012 to September 2017, managing significant events and meetings for middle market executives. Earlier experience includes serving as Audio Visual Production Sales Manager at Swank Audio Visuals, where Jess was instrumental in generating substantial annual revenues, and as Education & Program Services Coordinator at SmithBucklin, focusing on educational programs for non-profit associations. Jess holds a BA in Communications with a focus on Broadcast & Electronic Communication from Marquette University.
