Erin O'Dea Halford

Erin O'Dea Halford currently serves as the Director of MBA Employer Relations & Professional Development at the College of Charleston, where responsibilities include leading the Business etc. professional development program, managing the Executive Mentor Program, and fostering partnerships with companies and communities to create talent pipelines. Previous roles at the College of Charleston include Employer Relations Manager and Assistant Director of Alumni Career Services. Erin has also gained experience as a career coach and counselor while self-employed, alongside roles at Northeastern University, The Art Institute of Charleston, and as an Internship Coordinator at the College of Charleston. Erin's early career included positions at Aveda and Providence College, where contributions to career services and alumni engagement were pivotal. Erin holds a MA in Education, Counseling and a BA in American Studies, both from Providence College.
