Felix Haeser currently serves as Chief Customer Officer and Head of Customer Success at KYP.ai, an AI-driven platform designed to provide customers with instant insights and enhance transformation initiatives. Since June 2022, Felix has also been a Venture Scout at Million Ventures, focusing on sourcing innovative start-ups and founders in the AI and DeepTech sectors. Previously, Felix held multiple senior roles at NKT from December 2015 to March 2021, including Director of the CTO Project Office & Portfolio, where leadership in global technology and innovation programs was executed, along with significant contributions to performance improvement and strategic advisory efforts. Earlier experiences at Capgemini Invent as a Senior Consultant involved transformation projects within technology and engineering organizations, complemented by research and consulting roles in lean innovation and business development at various firms. Felix holds a Dipl. Wirt.-Ing. (MSc) in Industrial Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and participated in international strategy programs at Aalto University and Chulalongkorn University.
