Sebastian Gerhardt is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in technology and venture development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Flea since April 2023, Sebastian focuses on enhancing productivity and retention in tech organizations. As a Venture Scout at Million Ventures and a contributor to the Fightback Movement, Sebastian promotes collaboration across industries to foster a pan-European ecosystem for sustainable business growth. Previous roles include Founder at Antler, Head of Venture Development at alley, and Venture Developer at FoundersLane, alongside experiences as Entrepreneur In Residence at Finanzguru and Business Consultant at Les Carafons.
