Will Kools

Will Kools has over 20 years of experience in the life sciences sector, with a focus on technology management and process solutions. Will held various leadership roles at EMD Millipore and MilliporeSigma, including Head of Technology Pioneering Group and VP of Global Head of Technology Management Process solutions. Their responsibilities included identifying strategies to improve drug development, accelerating growth through operational excellence, and leading teams in process development and application integration for the biotech industry.

Will Kools completed a PhD in Chemical engineering at the University of Twente from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they studied Chemistry and Physics at KU Leuven from 1986 to 1992. Will also obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on general management from Harvard University Extension School. Additionally, they completed the Leading for High Performance Programme at INSEAD Executive Education in 2021.
