Lilian Gonzalez

Lilian Gonzalez is currently the Associate Dean of Students at Mills College. Lilian has dedicated their career to helping others achieve their goals, whether it is in their personal lives or in their careers. Lilian has worked as a career counselor trainee, helping students navigate their way through the job and internship search process, as well as graduate school admissions. Lilian has also designed a variety of career workshops and programs to help students prepare for successful transitions to careers. In addition to their work with students, Lilian has also worked as a research assistant and an ABA therapist. Throughout their various positions, Lilian has shown a dedication to helping others and a passion for making a difference in the lives of those they work with.

Lilian Gonzalez received their Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Lilian specialized in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Mills College.

Lilian Gonzalez reports to Chicora Martin, VP of Student Life & Dean of Students. They work with Rev. Dara Olandt - Chaplain and Director of Religious and Spiritual Life, Devin Carr - Director of the Center for Student Leadership, Equity, and Excellence, and Yolanda Harris - Director of Public Safety and Emergency Operations.
