Melissa Magnus

Melissa Magnus serves as CFO and CHRO at VERT Capital since April 2024 and is a board member at Agendor and a member of the Supervisory Board at Mills. From February to December 2023, Melissa participated in the Board of Directors Preparatory course through Programa Diversidade em Conselho, aimed at empowering women for board roles. Previously, Melissa held the position of Director of New Business Development at Invest Tech Brazil and was a board member for HBS Alumni Angels of Brazil, actively investing in numerous start-ups. Previous experience includes significant roles at BNP Paribas and Safra in their investment banking divisions, where Melissa contributed to M&A advisory and deal execution. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
