Julie Cardin has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Mills Products since November 2011, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager from May 2000 to November 2011. Julie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Finance from Tennessee Wesleyan College, graduating in 2000. Additional professional development includes completion of the Bulletproof Manager program through Crestcom International, participation in Leadership McMinn as a member of the Class of 2018, and ongoing involvement in the Senior Executive Network since 2014.
