Trent Swafford is an experienced toolmaker with a career spanning over a decade in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Lead Toolmaker at Mills Products since May 2023, Trent also holds the position of Toolmaker at E&E Manufacturing Co, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to these roles, a noteworthy tenure as Maintenance Team Lead at Whirlpool Corporation occurred from March 2020 to May 2022. Trent previously excelled as Tooling Group Leader at E&E Manufacturing Co, Inc. from November 2014 to March 2020 and as a Toolmaker at Johnson Controls from July 2011 to November 2014. Educational credentials include training at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Nashville from 2010 to 2011.
