He has advised on many high value public private partnerships (sectors including health, energy, and detention) and assisted to export PPPs to South Africa. Andrew's current focus is guiding the public and private sectors through complex collaborative procurements for assets and services as varied as Typhoon jets, flood defences and battlefield communications systems.
