Mark Davison is a Partner and Litigation and International Arbitration Solicitor Advocate in the London office of Mills & Reeve. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Mark has extensive experience in litigation before the English High Court and in offshore jurisdictions, including the DIFC Courts in Dubai and the Caribbean. They have participated in numerous international arbitrations under various rules, managing disputes of varying scales, including those exceeding EUR 5bn. Prior to their current role, Mark practiced at Hogan Lovells, White & Case, and CMS UK, contributing significantly to each firm's international arbitration practice.
