Joe Donovan

Joe Donovan currently serves as the Director of the Office of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Mississippi Development Authority, focusing on knowledge-based economic development through emerging technologies. Additionally, Donovan holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at MS Cold Drip Coffee & Tea Company and is an adjunct professor at Millsaps College, where responsibilities include teaching various management and entrepreneurship courses. With extensive experience in economic development, Donovan has also been involved in consulting, serving as Managing Director of Donovan Consulting Group LLC and Executive Director of the Mississippi Center for Nonprofits. Previous roles include vice presidency at Allan Holdings LLC, CFO of Emergystat Ambulance Service, and divisional CEO at AMR, accompanied by a solid educational background with MBA degrees from Millsaps College and Thomas More University.
