Kathryn Lee Ware

Kathryn Lee Ware currently serves as the Director of Health and Wellness and Director of the Wesson Health Center at Millsaps College since August 2023. Previously, Kathryn held positions as an Intensive Care Registered Nurse at the University of Mississippi Medical Center from December 2020 to August 2024 and as an Emergency Room Advocate for the Sexual Assault Resource Agency from May 2019 to June 2020. Kathryn's career also includes roles such as Business Operations Lead at MadiDrop PBC, Operations Manager at The Arbor Charlottesville, Business Development at WillowTree Apps®, Personal Trainer and Swim Instructor at acac Fitness & Wellness Center, Interim Communications Coordinator at the University of Virginia, Regional Field Specialist for the Mississippi Department of Health, and Independent Contractor for Catfish Farmers of America. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from James Madison University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Piedmont Virginia Community College, alongside a degree in Communication and History from Auburn University.
