Kelli McCall Smith Ed.d.

Kelli McCall Smith Ed.D. serves as the Director of Health, Wellness, and Prevention at Douglas County School District since September 2012, where responsibilities include designing a district-wide implementation framework for Integrated Multi-Tiered System of Supports and revamping training for counselors and school leaders. Earlier career stages included educational program management at Renaissance Learning, as well as over a decade in elementary education across multiple school districts.
