Bill Sanders has had a diverse and extensive work experience in various positions and industries. Bill currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Millstone Medical, where they have introduced innovative hardware and software systems to improve efficiency and reduce risks in manufacturing operations. Prior to Millstone Medical, Bill founded Aureus Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm that provided strategic and detailed consulting services to a range of industries. Bill also worked as an Engineering Manager at Troxler Electronic Laboratories, Inc., where they implemented a stage gate process to accelerate new product development and provided technical support to various business functions. Bill served as the Director of Operations at Atlumin Energy, Inc., overseeing high-volume manufacturing and photovoltaic technologies. Bill also held leadership roles at NanoGram Corporation, Miasole, Agilent Technologies, and Komag Material Technology, where they contributed to product development, process engineering, and business expansion. Bill's experience showcases their expertise in product development, operations management, and strategic planning across different industries.

Bill Sanders obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, from 1982 to 1988. Bill also holds a certification as a Registered Patent Agent from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, obtained in 2005.
