Paul Lafond

Paul LaFond currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Millstone Medical since February 2024. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Vice President of Sales at SMC Ltd. from April 2014 to February 2024, focusing on medical device contract manufacturing. Paul's extensive experience includes senior roles at Jabil as Senior Director of Business Development for Nypro Healthcare, and as Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing at Nypro Healthcare. Additional roles include leadership positions at Lasertel, Princeton Optronics Inc, ADC Inc, and Molex/Mod-Tap, primarily in sales and marketing for high-tech medical and optical devices. Paul LaFond earned an MBA in Finance from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science with minors in Mathematics and Business from Villanova University.
