Jennifer Crecelius, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources. Jennifer is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Millstone Weber, LLC since 2022.
Prior to this, Jennifer held various leadership positions at Intalere, a healthcare supply chain organization. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they were responsible for all aspects of HR, including recruiting, coaching, benefit administration, strategic planning, and talent management. Before that, Jennifer was the Vice President of Human Resources from 2017 to 2019 and the Director of Human Resources from 2015 to 2017.
Jennifer also served as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Connectria Hosting from 2014 to 2015, where they led the HR function as a department of one.
From 2008 to 2014, Jennifer held multiple roles at CenturyLink Business for Enterprise. Jennifer was a Lead Sr. HR Business Partner, where they supported key businesses within the organization and executed various HR initiatives. Jennifer also served as the Manager of Global Mobility, where they created and managed the Global Mobility function, and as a Recruiting Manager, where they saved the company significant costs by creating a Preferred Vendor list and managing a team of recruiters.
Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter/Recruiting Manager at Sykes from 2005 to 2008, and as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at MasterCard International from 2001 to 2003.
Jennifer began their HR career at Huttig Building Products as a Sr. Human Resource Specialist in 2000, where they worked closely with the senior management team and handled recruitment and employee orientation.
Before that, Jennifer worked as an HR Generalist at Allstate, where they handled recruitment, employee relations, and new hire orientation from 1996 to 1999.
Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, employee relations, strategic planning, budget planning and management, talent management, and organization design. Jennifer has also led and managed teams, as well as implemented cost-saving initiatives. Jennifer holds the SHRM-SCP certification.
Jennifer Crecelius, SHRM-SCP, obtained their education from Lindenwood University and Lindenwood College. Jennifer received a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University, completing their studies from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lindenwood College, where they were enrolled from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Jennifer Crecelius holds the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), which they obtained from SHRM in December 2018.
