Nick Hilton

Nick Hilton has a solid work experience in the construction industry. Nick started their career at Fred Weber, Inc. in 2003 as a Field Engineer and later became a Superintendent. In 2011, they were promoted to Concrete Operations Manager. In 2014, they joined Millstone Weber, LLC as a Survey Operations Manager and later became a Project Manager. Nick eventually rose to the position of Director of Operations in 2023.
