Brandon Patterson, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Milo's Tea Company, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing compensation governance, managing executive compensation plans, and developing comprehensive benefits and wellness programs. Prior to this role, Brandon was a Compensation Administrator at UAB Medicine, focusing on compensation strategy alignment with organizational goals.
