Surabhi Bains BCBA is an experienced educational professional with a focus on special education and behavioral intervention services. Currently serving as Program Manager for Special Education-Behavior and Manager for Student Support and Behavioral Intervention Services at Milpitas Unified School District since July 2007, Surabhi's responsibilities include the systematic assessment of student behavior, development of Behavior Support Plans, and oversight of in-home programs utilizing ABA methodologies. Additional experience includes co-teaching a graduate course on ABA principles at Santa Clara University, consulting for early intervention programs, and holding various roles in behavioral therapy and support across multiple organizations. With advanced degrees in Special Education and Psychology, Surabhi is dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes for students with diverse learning needs.
