Kristjan Sillmann

Kristjan Sillmann is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at Milrem Robotics since January 2023, following nearly a decade at Telia where roles included Agile Coach and IT development process manager. Prior experience encompasses lecturing and assistant lecturing positions at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, focusing on Applied Data Communication and Computer Networks, as well as serving as a Software Project Manager at Eesti Energia AS. Early career highlights include roles as a SCADA engineer and software developer at IB Krates OÜ, and an applications engineer internship at Scientronix Inc in San Jose, CA. Kristjan Sillmann holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from TalTech.
