Chadwick DeLuka has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Chadwick most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Milsco Manufacturing starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Jason Group Inc, including VP Finance - Engineered Solutions from January 2019 to October 2020 and VP Finance - Seating/Milsco from October 2017 to January 2019. Before joining Jason Group Inc, DeLuka worked at Actuant Corporation, where they held positions such as VP Finance - Hydratight from June 2014 to October 2017, Cortland VP of Finance & Administration from July 2010 to June 2014, and Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from May 2007 to July 2010. Chadwick also worked as an Assistant Corporate Controller at Actuant Corporation from August 2006 to May 2007. DeLuka began their career at Ernst & Young, serving as a Senior Manager from April 2002 to August 2006. Chadwick also worked at Arthur Andersen as an Experienced Manager from December 1993 to April 2002. Throughout their career, DeLuka has demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, business support, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Chadwick DeLuka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and International Business from Marquette University. Chadwick has also obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
