Rick Hatlen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and program management across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager at Milsco Manufacturing since 2017, Rick has a strong focus on program management, new product development methodology, resource planning, and continuous improvement. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at JWM (Modern Equipment Company), Engineering Department Manager at Watlow, and Business Unit Manager at ZF Friedrichshafen. Rick has a proven track record in design engineering, project management, and technical sales, with significant accomplishments in cost reduction, process improvements, and knowledge transfer initiatives. Educationally, Rick holds a Master’s degree from Kansas State University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
