John Abrams was an original employee and shareholder of Automation Consulting, Inc., and was involved in the marketing, sale and installation of the IVR product line for over 25 years. John became Director of International Accounts when Milsoft Utility Solutions, Inc., was formed in 2003 and served in that capacity until he retired in 2012.
