Kelley Lyle

IVR Support Technician at Milsoft Utility Solutions

Kelley Lyle has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1999, they worked as a Student Assistant at Escambia County EMS, providing support for PC hardware/software and networking. In 2002, they joined Information Systems Support as a Jr. Network Administrator. The following year, they joined Matrix Engineers in the same role. In 2003, they worked as an Internet Support Representative at Mediacom Communications before moving to Clearwire in the same role. From 2008 to 2015, Kelley worked at CSC, starting as a System Technician / Datacenter Operations Supervisor and later transitioning to a Systems Engineer intern role and eventually becoming a Datacenter Operations Task Manager. In 2016, they joined Milsoft Utility Solutions as an IVR Support Technician. Additionally, during 1996, Kelley worked as a self-employed computer repair technician.

Kelley Lyle completed their Associate's Degree in Networking Services Technology from Pensacola Junior College from 1995 to 2000. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Information Technology/Networking and Telecommunications from the University of West Florida, which they obtained between 2009 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, Kelley Lyle obtained certifications in Server+ from CompTIA in July 2010 and in Security+ also from CompTIA in June 2010.
