Ian Rhodes has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Milsom Hotels and Restaurants since March 2002. Previously, Ian held the position of Head Chef at both Castle Ashby House from 1991 to 1999 and The Bear Hotel Woodstock from 1989 to 1991. Ian began a culinary career as a Chef at Forte Hotels from June 1985 to June 1991. Ian's education was completed at Kingston upon Hull from 1982 to 1984.
