Liya Rakhimova

Liya Rakhimova is a Clinical Trial Assistant at Miltenyi Biomedicine, with previous experience as an Intern at Research Lab for Molecular Bio-Discovery at KU Leuven. Liya has also worked as a Student Researcher at the Stem Cell Institute, Department Development and Regeneration in Leuven. Liya holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with a focus on Drug Development, from KU Leuven, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Their background includes targeting epilepsy-related networks using wet-lab and computational approaches, as well as assisting introductory labs for first-year bachelor students in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Liya also completed an introductory internship at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson.
