Katharine Millet is currently the Director of the BSTR Fellows Program at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, where responsibilities include teaching the Fieldwork Seminar course and courses in the Reflective Practice strand to Fellows in the Boarding School Teacher Residency program. Since August 2019, Katharine has also served as a History Teacher at Milton Academy. Prior experience includes serving as Director of St. Mark's Saturday Program, Department Chair of the History and Social Sciences Department, and History Teacher at St. Mark's School from 2010 to June 2019. Katharine’s earlier roles include a Teaching Assistant position at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School, as well as various educational and managerial roles in arts organizations such as the Peabody Essex Museum and Copley Society of Art. Katharine holds an M.Ed. in Learning & Teaching from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Art History from Columbia University.
