Ferenc Somogyi

Ferenc Somogyi is an experienced educator specializing in history, currently serving as a Teacher of History at King Henry VIII College Malaysia since January 2023. Previously, Ferenc held the position of Head of History Department at Kolej Yayasan UEM from November 2021 to December 2022, overseeing departmental affairs and maintaining educational standards. Ferenc has extensive teaching experience across various international schools, including roles as an A Level History Teacher at ILBC Yangon, an IB MYP History & Integrated Humanities Teacher at The International School of the Hague, and a History Teacher at several other institutions, including Tenby International School and Sri KDU International School. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in History from The University of Szeged and Qualified Teacher Status from the General Teaching Council for England.
