Paul Gingrich

Paul Gingrich currently serves as a House Parent at Milton Hershey School since July 2024. Prior to this role, Paul held various leadership positions including Director of Continuous Improvement at Allen Distribution from November 2015 to November 2024 and Director of Operations at Four Seasons Produce Inc. from October 2010 to September 2015. Earlier in Paul’s career, positions included Logistics Manager at Dr. Pepper Snapple Group from 2007 to October 2010 and Director of Logistics at Cadbury Adams from 2004 to 2007. Paul Gingrich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Messiah University from 1979 to 1984.
