Hassan Syed

Hassan Syed, P.Eng, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of Distribution Services at Milton Hydro Distribution Inc. since January 2022, following a tenure at Ontario Power Generation where Hassan managed projects, including serving as Section Manager for the Darlington Nuclear Refurbishment Project, part of Canada's largest infrastructure and clean energy initiative. Prior experience includes Vice President of Operations at Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro, Electrical Project Engineer at GE Energy, and System Integration/Test Specialist at Tyco Safety Products. Hassan Syed holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University, along with multiple certifications in project management and a Master's degree in Energy Sector Leadership from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
