Group Director: People Services at Milton Keynes College

Jules Quinn (Chartered FCIPD) has a diverse work experience history, starting as a Senior Resource Consultant at Hazell Carr in 2000. Over the years, Jules held various roles in education, including lecturer positions at Coleg Glan Hafren, Milton Keynes College, and as an English Tutor at Adult Continuing Education (ACE). Jules also worked as the Head of Resourcing at Knoll Edge, focusing on providing consultancy services to the Financial Services Industry. More recently, Jules has taken on leadership roles in HR and People Services, such as People Engagement, Talent & Engagement Manager, People Services Manager, Executive Head of People Services, and currently serving as Group Director of People Services at Milton Keynes College Group. Additionally, Jules was involved as the People Workstream Lead at South Central Institute of Technology. Throughout the career, Jules has demonstrated skills in operational sustainability, organizational design and development, employee engagement, systems management, and leading people-related projects.

Jules Quinn (Chartered FCIPD) completed a BA (Hons) in Communications from the University of South Wales in 1999. Subsequently, Jules undertook a PGCE at the University of Wales Newport from 2007 to 2009. Continuing with professional development, Jules completed CIPD Qualifications at Level 7 before becoming a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management in the field of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion from 2022 to 2023.
