Andy Standen

Andy Standen is the current Performance Director at Milton Keynes Dons Football Club. Andy was previously with Thames Valley Police from September 2009 to May 2013, where they served as Chief Superintendent and Head of Tasking & Resilience.

Andy Standen attended Aberystwyth University, where they studied geology and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors. Andy then went on to Carre's Grammar School in Sleaford to continue their education.

Their manager is Marlayn Smith, Chief Executive. They are on a team with Liam Sweeting - Sporting Director, Andy Wooldridge - Head of Business Sales, and Pete Winkelman - Club Chairman.
