Simon Crampton has worked as a physiotherapist for a number of professional football clubs, including London Wasps and QPR FC. Simon is currently the Performance Director at Milton Keynes Dons Football Club.

Crampton attended the University of Brighton, where they obtained an MSc in Rehabilitation Science. Simon then studied at London Metropolitan University, where they obtained a BSc in Sports Therapy. Simon later obtained a Professional Doctorate in Elite Performance from the University of Central Lancashire.
