Ethan Coulter

Chief Technology Officer at Milton Security

Ethan Coulter has been working in the technology industry since 1994. Ethan began their career as a Communication Helper at El Paso Energy, where they volunteered to assist with cabling, equipment inventory, installation of network jacks and inventory management. In 1999, they joined Housing IT Desktop Support as Housing IT Staff, where they were given administrative capabilities to troubleshoot workstations and PCs. In the same year, they also worked as a Team Member at Jamba Juice. In 2000, they worked as a Computer Consultant at UCSC Physical Plant and a Linux Installations at Guenther Computers. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as a Programmer/IT at City Of Santa Clara. In 2006, they worked as a Software Engineer at Wausau Financial Systems. In 2007, they founded Coulter Technologies LLC, where they offered Programming, Website, and IT Services to small and medium sized businesses. In 2009, Coulter Technologies LLC joined Milton Security Group, where they served as Chief Technology Officer.

Ethan Coulter began their educational journey in 1999 at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they transferred with a degree in Computer Science. In 2003, they transferred to West Valley College and De Anza College, both with a degree in Computer Science. In 2004, they transferred to San Jose State University with a degree in Computer Science. Finally, in 2005, they graduated from University of Phoenix with a BS in IT.
