Diana Paakspuu

Diana Paakspuu serves as an ESG Strategic Consultant at Miltton New Nordics and a Board Member at MP Advisory, engaging in financial management and ESG-related services, mentoring, and public speaking. As an ESG mentor at Tehnopol and a member of the Supervisory Board at SA Kiusamisvaba Kool, Diana contributes expertise to various initiatives. Previously, as CEO of Uuskasutuskeskus, Diana led a prominent Estonian social enterprise with significant annual turnover and numerous employees. Diana also accomplished critical projects at G4S Estonia, focusing on project leadership and financial planning. With a diverse career that includes various roles within Swedbank Group, Diana has a solid foundation in finance and management, supported by advanced education in business and finance from institutions such as the Stockholm School of Economics and Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
