Kevin Bell, PMP

Kevin Bell, PMP has over ten years of experience in project management and marketing coordination. In 2018, they began working for MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. as a Deputy Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Prior to that, they worked for O'Connell & Lawrence, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator from 2017. Kevin started their career in 2008 at Affiliated Engineers, Inc. as a Project Coordinator and Marketing Support. In this role, they assisted the Marketing Coordinator with organizing and compiling proposals and qualifications for dissemination to potential clients. Kevin also created and designed graphic content for qualification proposals, communicated with project staff to ensure on-time delivery of time sensitive submissions, served as the primary point of contact on request for information, submittals, and grant reviews, and coordinated production meetings across Project Managers and Administrative staff. Additionally, they proofread and edited submission of specifications and basis of design to ensure quality, error-free submissions to clients. Kevin also designed flyers to promote local Affiliated Engineers events and designed promotional flyers for Pinnacle Series to be distributed to Affiliated Engineers offices across the country and internationally.

Kevin Bell, PMP has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Graphics from Bowie State University which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. In April 2015, they obtained a certification in Web Design and Management from Prince George's Community College. Kevin then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering at University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained in 2021. In April 2021, they obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute. Finally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2021.
