Brian Frakes

Brian Frakes is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in executive chef roles at prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Culinary Ambassador at Milwaukee Athletic Club since June 2022, Frakes previously held the title of Executive Chef at Marcus Hotels & Resorts from 2006 to July 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple dining outlets and launching major culinary initiatives. Frakes also served as Executive Chef at The Club at Lac La Belle and The Pfister Hotel, managing diverse culinary operations and collaborations for a variety of events. Earlier roles included Executive Chef positions at LXR Resorts and The London LA. Brian Frakes holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
