Jessica Reid-Bateman

Jessica Reid-Bateman, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Arena Experience at Milwaukee Bucks Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held various senior positions at San Jose Sharks from July 2021 to June 2023, including Sr. Director of Guest Experience & Security and Director of Guest Experience. Experience also includes a tenure at Seattle Mariners as Director of Security from February 2019 to June 2021, and at Monumental Sports & Entertainment as Director of Guest Relations & Event Security from April 2012 to February 2019. Early career highlights feature roles such as Adjunct Professor at Fontbonne University and Assistant Director of Guest Services and Security at both Peabody Opera House and Scottrade Center. Jessica's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA, both from University of Phoenix - St. Louis.
