Ashley Becker

Ashley Becker, PHR, serves as the Vice President of Talent Management at Milwaukee Tool, overseeing the HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and HR Shared Service teams, managing a team of approximately 100 individuals supporting an $8B business. Prior experience includes roles at Rockwell Automation as Director of Talent Management and Group HR Business Partner for Operations, and at QBE Insurance, where responsibilities included leading innovation strategies and driving a culture of creativity. Becker's career also includes positions at ITT Technical Institute, TEKsystems, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, beginning in hospitality at Geneva National Golf Club.
