Jackie Ruhland

Jackie (Nett) Ruhland has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Director of Talent Management at Milwaukee Tool since May 2010. In this role, Jackie provides strategic support to key executives while managing a team of HR professionals. Prior positions at Milwaukee Tool include Sr. Human Resources Manager, where Jackie co-led the performance management redesign, and various HR Manager roles focused on recruiting and employee relations. Jackie began career as a Human Resources/Learning and Development Intern at Faith Technologies and holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Notable project completions include the implementation of a new employee onboarding system and various HR technology initiatives.
